Mary was very knowledgeable of the different types of properties and neighborhoods we were interested in seeing. She provided helpful and thoughtful answers to our questions without bias for any specific property we were looking at. After a decision was made with regards to a specific property she quickly engaged with the selling agent on delivery of an offer and negotiation of a deal. Mary was also very engaged in the reconciliation of items from inspection as well as items specific to our interests. While this was not our first real estate transaction as a buyer, it was very helpful, reassuring,, and appreciated to have Mary's expertise and recommendations throughout the entire process.

I was dealing with a realtor u related to CWB, and I was so frustrated at being treated like a little girl (24 yo) and wasn't being taken seriously at all.
