We have used Mary Amodeo twice in the past 2 1/2 years. Initially in the sale of our Delmar home and then more recently in the purchase of a home on Galway Lake. In both instances, Mary was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. On the sale of our home, she had her finger on the pulse of the real estate market and knew that "sweet spot" in determining the listing price. This resulted in multiple offers with the offer accepted being over the asking price. On another note, she made sure the house would be shone in its best possible light. She made great suggestions on how to stage it and the photographer she used to take pictures of the house did a fantastic job! In the recent purchase, she was able to steer us away from properties she knew would not be suitable and was able to find us the right place within days of our looking. She was a delight to work with. She is honest, is easy to talk to, and knows her stuff. There was hardly anything we could ask that she didn't know the answer to and when she didn't, she found out right away. She was the perfect intermediary between ourselves, our attorney and the other parties involved. We would recommend Mary (and have so multiple times) to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a home in the Capital Region.

Mary Amodeo is smart, careful, conscientious, a collaborator, everything you could want in your real estate broker -- and then some. She doesn't "suffer fools gladly," either, so show her the respect she deserves, and she will find you the house of your dreams... or sell your house for the right price to the right buyer.
